These were all optional as you could wait for the group at the van. We skipped the restaurant and simply had a drink…”

Which included standing in line to buy tickets $9 U.S. my wife walks with a cane and knew she would be unable to do the walk to and from the falls in the time slotted so stayed at the park entrance. The step up into the van was a struggle for more than a couple of passengers, no portable step was provided as most drivers provide.”

They wouldn't pick us up at the pier so we're going to taxi to the hotel. We called them to tell them and they had left, 3 minutes after our meeting time....and no refund.
