“We did get to see the three locations listed and the time at each one was appropriate. The locations were great and worth visiting. Pick up was efficient and on time. I know it was disclosed but for the benefit of others, you should know that each site does require you to pay for the activity over and above the tour. Here are the costs: waterfalls entry-6000; boat ride-6000; volcano ski lift ride-33,000; lunch stop-20,000. This actually exceeds the cost of the tour in the first place. These were all optional as you could wait for the group at the van. We skipped the restaurant and simply had a drink…”

“Technically the tour is a part of the Cruce Andino route, so we had to experience all the associated logistical challenges. They asked us to come to the meeting point at 7:30, but nothing happened until 8:00. Then we were unexpectedly (not listed in the program) taken to Petrohue Falls. We were left there for 1:45 hours, while visiting the falls takes 30 min maximum. This all contributed to the extension of the tour to 12+ hours. Of course, the lake and the Peulla valley are beautiful, but the logistics was very exhausting.”

“The guide’ s language skills left a lot to be desired. Her English was terrible and accent very thick. She didn’t understand questions The stop at Petrohue falls was too brief. We had 35 min. Which included standing in line to buy tickets $9 U.S. my wife walks with a cane and knew she would be unable to do the walk to and from the falls in the time slotted so stayed at the park entrance. The step up into the van was a struggle for more than a couple of passengers, no portable step was provided as most drivers provide.”

“We were fortunate to have a clear, sunny day for this tour and the views of Osorno, Calbuco, and Puntiagudo volcanoes were spectacular. The Todos Los Santos Lake, waterfalls (extra cost), and Valdivian temperate rainforest were beautiful. The emerald waters were indescribable. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned interesting information, but also felt they did a good job preparing us for each segment of the trip. The long day trip (10 hours) was 100% worth it. (If you go in winter be sure to dress very warmly so can sit on the boat’s deck for panoramic views!)”
