“Our guide and driver Patricio weas absolutely perfect - a great driver and a perfect gentleman. Hey came on time, was very well-organized and made us feel welcomed, safe and cared for. The trip itself was great, too, very relaxing. We decided to skip lunch and instead Patricio offered to take us to see the sea lions (which is what I really wished to do) ... thank you :) very thoughtful and nice.”

“Enjoyed visit at poet Pablo Neruda's seaside house and beautiful Isle Negra. Included was a visit in Pablo's museum home and an audio guide in English. You are able to see Pablo's home but you cannot take pictures inside. I brought a picture book that included all three of his homes and three books of his poetry, all in English. Had a good meal at a local restaurant Pomarire and looked at pottery shops in town. There is a cute little church at the beginning of town in Pomaire, but you cannot enter. Guide Jose and Driver Pablo took good care of me.”

“Most memorable. That the driver didn’t show up. That we had to contact the agency multiple times to find out what was going on. That they sent a lovely man who hadn’t never been to the places we were going and didn’t know the itinerary. That we have still not heard back from the agency about a refund.”

“This day tour was a great experience! The tour of the bird aviary was very well done and the garden/ponds were beautiful. The home of Poet Neruda included many interesting collections and the audio tour was worthwhile. I especially appreciated the tour guides Fernanda and Matteo who were very accommodating and helpful. Laidy and Ignacio of the Tricao were also very helpful. Our lunch was delicious and the service was slow, which I understand will be addressed for future tours.”
