The step up into the van was a struggle for more than a couple of passengers, no portable step was provided as most drivers provide.”

Coming down, it’s easy to lose your footing and slip/slide. I did this 3 times - and lived but have the bruises. Better shoes needed than the runners I had. But…the experience beyond the physical test is wonderful. Amazing scenery and a ‘destination’ that is truly breathtaking. In short, it’s ’worth…”

I booked this more expensive tour because it said small group of 10 people max. we were 40 in a small cramped bus for 17 hours. all the tours 1 day torres del paine are with another company, so this is just an agency booking the bus for you. I don't recommend booking with them they charge more for the same thing and are wrongly describing the tour! the seats in the bus are very small, we were 2 normal sized adults. because it is a large group everything takes longer.”

I think the tour should have target points along the way, and if the hiker is doesn't make the point, they should be turned back. Proficient hikers should not have to wait for more than…”
