“I'm not sure how Viator background checks the companies they affiliate with, however we were picked up in a red corola with the windscreen fully cracked in. Already being cautious in Santiago, this was an awful first impression. I wasn't sure how this was an advertised tour being represented by a Tour company when the vehicle wouldn't be viable for uber. The 'tour' left little to the imagination with us being left to design our tour ourselves. The dancing and the dinner were great, though the chairs were entirely uncomfortable. Our friendly toyota driver (not going to call him a tour guide) was lovely enough.”
